Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. We don't offer international shipping at this time.
Where Your Order Ships From
All orders are fulfilled locally — Canadian orders ship from our Canadian warehouse, and US orders ship from our US warehouse. Because your order never crosses a border, there are no customs fees or import duties to worry about.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launches or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on its way.

- Standard Shipping — $8 CAD (2–7 business days)
- Express Shipping — $20 CAD
- Free standard shipping on orders over $99 CAD
United States
- Standard Shipping — $12 CAD (3–8 business days)
- Express Shipping — $34.90 CAD
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120 CAD
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary during peak periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at dearannore@gmail.com as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We're unable to make changes once an order has been dispatched.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package appears lost, contact us at dearannore@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. If your order arrives damaged, please keep your unboxing video (see our Return Policy) and reach out right away.
