Our 30-Day Promise

We want you to love your Annore piece. If something's not right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
• Submitted with an unboxing video showing the package being opened

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at dearannore@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Attach your unboxing video
4. We'll review and send return instructions within 1–2 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your unboxing video confirms the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping and resolve it right away. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund is processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-returnable

• Sale items and gift cards
• Items returned without first contacting us
• Items missing tags, original packaging, or the required unboxing video
